Schools Booking Administrator - Merseyside

We are currently looking for an outstanding Schools Booking Administrator to join our fantastic Merseyside team and help support our fast-growing business.

Part-time - term time, Monday to Friday

£12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25 hours per week office based

As the Schools Booking Administrator, you will be tasked with taking on a variety of challenges and excellent communication is essential! This is an important position within the business where you will be relied upon for a wide range of support. What’s more, there is plenty of scope to develop and grow in your role and take on more responsibility, meaning this is the perfect position in which to develop a lasting career.

Key Responsibilities

Contact schools and book them in for their free Bikeability training

Work with our Area Coordinators to communicate with schools regarding training numbers, equipment and other logistics

Serve as the first point of contact for the business for calls, emails, resolving queries where possible or passing on to the appropriate person if necessary

Input bookings into portal, working with the coordinator

About you

Excellent communication skills, IT literate, organised, conscientious, reliable and flexible with a sense of humour.

Two years administrative experience prefered.

Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Cycling instructors - North West and Midlands

Due to continued expansion we are looking for additional instructors to join our fantastic team, primarily working in pairs to deliver our Bikeability programmes within a school environment and continuing to deliver on our other opportunities.

The main duties will include but are not limited to:

Delivery of cycle training sessions in schools in line with National Standards and Bikeability delivery guidance

Effective and positive communication with schools, trainees and the wider Bike Right team.

Pre and post course admin in line with Bikeability delivery guidance.

Cycle training on a group and 1:1 basis with adults, children and families.

A full accredited training package will be provided to successful applicants. We also offer tutor support and mentoring along with Continuing Professional Development opportunities.

About you

Along with a passion for cycling you must have excellent communication skills, be IT literate, conscientious, reliable and flexible. 

You must be at least 18 years of age and be a regular on-road cyclist and be able to cycle competently, confidently and consistently

Experience of teaching or coaching young people and adults is beneficial but not essential

You will need to be able to communicate effectively in English (this includes listening, speaking, reading and writing)
