In Manchester BikeRight! have retained their core Bikeability contract for the next 3 years, securing a place in the city at a key time of change for the area as a result of devolution, the combined authority and appointment of the city region’s first Mayor.
Away from Bikeability training, West Yorkshire City Connect will see BikeRight! and Sustrans working together to encourage more people to cycle and walk to increase access to employment and training. This will include delivering 3500 cycle training sessions and providing 250 subsidised bikes for unemployed adults.
