National Standard Instructor Training

From 6 to 96, nearly everyone loves to cycle, however most people can give reasons why they don’t do it more regularly. This is where you, as a National Standard accredited instructor, can make a difference.  Whether it’s helping someone improve their basic skills like balancing or hand signaling, or teaching them how to navigate busy city centres and roundabouts, you can help more people cycle more safely more often.

Cycle training? Like the old cycling proficiency test?

Not exactly! Think of a new and improved, more dynamic, outcome-based cycle training course. The new National Standard training aims to equip people with the skills to cycle confidently, competently and consistently in a wide range of conditions to suit their needs.

Why should I choose BikeRight! for my training?

BikeRight! has been training cyclists since 2000 and was one of the first accredited Cycle Instructor Training Centres in England. We have trained hundreds of people as National Standard Instructors, who are now themselves delivering quality cycle training and enjoying the benefits that this brings. All BikeRight! instructors are regularly monitored to ensure our high standards are maintained.
