The event was attended by 260 people from across the region and hosted by the Northwest Women’s Enterprise Forum and supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency and Bolton Business Ventures. The NWWEF was established to provide strategic direction with the aim of creating an environment in which women have the skills, confidence, support and opportunities to make an equal contribution to our region’s economic prosperity
BikeRight! won both the 'Business of the Year' award and the 'Growth Business of the Year' award.Liz commented, "Wow, this was such a surprise. Not only is it an honour for me but it's great that the cycling inducstry has been recognised in these awards, let's hope this is the start of renewed interest in cycling in the run up to the Olympics in 3 years time".
