Bite Size Bike Fix
New Bite Size Bike Fix courses now available as part of Merseyside Freewheeling - pick and choose what to learn or even book multiple courses to build up your skills over a number of courses.

Eligibility
To be eligible for FREE training sessions you need to live, work or study in the Merseyside area and be aged over 16.
If you don't live or work in one of these areas and still want to take part we make a charge of £50 per session. This fee can be paid in cash or cheque on the day of your training.
Training centre deatils
Course 1 Safety check, clean and lubricate
- Check your bike to find out what needs adjusting and tighten some nuts and bolts on the way
- How tight is tight?
- Are you sitting comfortably? Make sure your saddle is at the correct height

Course 2 Wheel, tyre and tube removal. Mending a puncture
