Event development and management
If you already have an established cycling event and want to try a new perspective then we can help to redevelop and re-launch. If you are developing an event from the ground up then we can work with you on planning, feasibility, risk assessments, event parking, event registration, promotion and follow-up evaluation. We can even liaise with security and local services to ensure that your event is problem-free and successful.
Here are some of the events that we have delivered in the past:
- Local parish charity rides
- Health rides on behalf of NHS trusts
- Organised rides for ethnic minority groups
- Cycling festivals
- Charity fund-raisers
- On-road sportif, randonnee and audax rides
- Multi-sport events
- Off-road races and challenges
- Orienteering competitions
- Gay and lesbian PRIDE sports
Event promotion is often overlooked in planning a successful and rewarding experience and we can help shoulder this burden by working with your own internal departments, committees or external agencies.
We have an extensive photo-library of our activities and established relationships with the local media and cycling press. And as a committed social enterprise company we know how to engage and forge links with local communities.
